CLEANING SERVICES: 
  • As this apartment is self-catering, it is not serviced daily. 
  • Cleaning services can be arranged at an extra cost. 
  • All linen and towels are supplied, as well as cleaning materials 
PAYMENT STRUCTURE: 
  • 50% deposit payable on confirmation. 
  • Balance payable on arrival 
CANCELLATION POLICY: 
  • Full deposit refunded if cancelled one month prior to arrival or 50% deposit refunded if cancelled between 2 and 4 weeks prior to arrival 
  • Full deposit forfeited if cancelled within 2 weeks of arrival date
